Frequently asked questions
Typically we send out estimates within one business day. However, sometimes, it may take up to three business days.
Regardless of the scope of work, we guarantee a quick turnaround for your estimate.
The project length of a bathroom remodel can vary based on size, design specifications, material selections, etc.
On average, a guest/hallway bathroom will take approximately three weeks. This is usually a 5'x10' bathroom (50 sq. ft. or less).
A master bathroom renovation is typically more extensive and has a timeline of approximately 4-5 weeks. Master bathrooms are usually over 50 sq. ft. and typically have a shower and bathtub.
Kitchen remodels can quickly start to incorporate the main floor. When we remodel kitchens, we often replace floors, baseboards, and repaint the walls. That is because most clients choose to change the kitchen layout, which requires flooring repairs. Another reason the main floor is often renovated during a kitchen remodel is that the new kitchen is often a unique style. Therefore, replacing flooring, painting, etc., makes the remainder of the house fresh, like the kitchen.
Typically, our kitchen remodels will take 3-7 weeks. The timeline will change based on the scope of the project. For example, if you repaint your cabinets and install new countertops, you will have a quicker completion time. On the other hand, if you choose to completely gut your existing kitchen, relocate appliance locations, etc., you will have a longer project timeline.
Yes of course. We work on projects as small as a kitchen backsplash and as large as home additions. Unfortunately, we don't take on grout/tile repairs. This is a common call we get, and we recommend you search for a tile repair company.

Yes, of course. The subcontractors that will work on your project are lifetime colleagues. The reason we subcontract some trades is to have a quality end product. Some of our daily subcontractors include plumbers, electricians, sheetrock, and custom cabinet builders. Unfortunately, some construction companies choose to do all the work themselves, resulting in subpar work. Having licensed trade workers is very important in the remodeling process of your home.
"A jack of all trades is a master of none."
Yes, we offer financing. We understand that money may be tied up and monthly payments can be the solution to a beautiful renovation.
We always like to observe a few factors before choosing a start date. For example, have you picked your materials? Have you ordered your materials? Have your materials arrived, or do you have an ETA?
The answers to these questions are essential because we strongly advise at least having an ETA for your materials before starting a project. Projects run much smoother when all materials are on site. The last thing you would want to experience as a homeowner is having your bathroom taken apart to realize your tile is still a few weeks out.
We schedule projects throughout the entire year. We are typically 1-3 months out, but we are flexible and can be available sooner. For example, after bathroom or kitchen floods, we make our team available to start projects almost immediately. In situations where you have all your materials on-site, we can begin almost immediately. If there are any other urgent needs to start quicker, we are available to discuss them. If you have a contractor you had to let go, we can start sooner. If you are moving in/out and need your project completed ASAP, we can make our team available.
Yes and No. We are confident in our pricing and quality and can't always match or beat just any price. However, we know local competitive contractors who also do quality work and are open to discussing our price. In addition, there are opportunities to save by removing the "wants" from the "needs." For example, heated floors are a luxury, but the floor tile ends up looking the same.
Our main office is located in our Vancouver Mall showroom. We service approximately a 30-mile radius. Whether you're in La Center, WA, or West Linn, OR, we have you covered. If you are out of that range and believe we are a good fit for your project, don't hesitate to reach out.
We always like to discuss expectations before starting a project. This is important as every homeowner can have different expectations. For example, some clients prefer text messaging, while others prefer phone calls.
We believe it all comes down to being a good fit for each other. Schedule a consultation where we can introduce ourselves and discuss the project. Additionally, we have put hundreds of smiles on homeowners' faces and have glowing reviews to show for it. We also have many returning clients that have grown our word-of-mouth presence.
If we can give you just five key points:
-We are family owned and operated
-We have collected many reviews on Google, Angi, etc.
-We have been in business for 20+ years
-We employ master craftsmen for every trade
-We are always just a text or call away. Our phone lines are mobile, and our communication is a 10.
You most certainly can. There are only certain situations where we recommend you leave your home:
-When we are painting with lacquer or oil-based paint
-When all bathrooms/showers are getting remodeled at the same time
-When you don't like noise
